I definitely agree with the first statement with regards to Wyoming’s friendly business environment. Unfortunately, most corporate lawyers are trained with Delaware, New York, and California laws. Thats probably one of the reasons why it takes a long time for businesses to adopt certain things (Wyoming incorporation in this case) as a critical mass is required. However, it does seem like all the changes happen much faster in Crypto than in other industries
