I’m requesting 100 Kovan ETH for use during workshops for the EthBuilders.NYC meetup (formerly NYC Blockchain Devs). We seem to run out of it at the most inopportune times (during demos and such) and it seems easier to just hand it out to participants rather than having them go through the gitter, which can take a while, in addition to some privacy concerns people have raised.
