I would like to request 10000 KETH to deploy our app (big project with many users) on the Kovan network for testing purposes, And we would also need it for the bots in the application to function.

Sorry there is no 10k KETH faucet. You can request 0.1 KETH on the Chainlink’s faucet Chainlink Faucet
